Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged to cancellation fee. Chemical services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit hold your appointment as chemical services typically require 2+ hours of time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead may be subject to forfeiting the deposit as it is hard to fill a large gap on such short notice. 100% of the deposit is applied to the balance the day of the service and remaining balance is due upon service completion.
